Another non-cupcake post. I know. And I know that I have committed the cardinal sin of blogging- not posting for 5 months. Well, I am going back to school-- which has significantly cut into my cupcaking time. Grrr.
Anyway, here is a 4 layer cake I made for my sister's boss. Carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. The coolest thing is that I hate carrot cake, but this recipe is so good that I even ate some! :) And it is healthy! Yay for applesauce and pineapple! Double bonus points for the cute little gumpaste rabbit!

Peas and Carrots
I got this idea from the "Hello Cupcake!" cookbook. I was sad that Runts candy no longer includes limes, so for the peas I used gobstoppers. I think that they turned out pretty cute! The carrots are startbursts. What a fun way to eat your veggies!

Down in the Garden
I created this garden using completely edible materials for a church fundraiser. It was a big hit! Perfect for garden parties or someone with a green thumb. I could have also done different fruits or vegetables. My 14 year old sister helped and we had a blast! We got the idea from the "Hello Cupcake!" cookbook.
